Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/reschedules with more than 24 hours notice are free of charge ($10 deposit will be refunded or carried forward). With less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the fee will be charged. With less than 60 minutes notice or for missed appointments, 100% of the fee will be charged. $10 deposit will be applied toward any fee charged.

This policy helps keep appointments available for others and ensures I can run my practice sustainably. Thank you for your understanding.
